Savory and Sweet Mango Shroomacon Salsa: A Perfect Summer Side Dish

This Mango Salsa with Shroomacon is a great way to add some sweetness and a little smokiness to your meal. Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangos, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 strips of cooked Shroomacon, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the diced mango, red onion, pepper, and jalapeño pepper.
  2. Add in the chopped cilantro and lime juice and mix well.
  3. Fold in the crumbled Shroomacon.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
